What Is Coaching?

Life Coaching is a collaborative and goal-oriented process designed to help individuals identify and achieve personal and professional goals.

The Role of a Coach

Life Coaches work with clients to provide guidance, support, motivation, and accountability as they navigate challenges, make decisions, and work toward their goals.  Life Coaching can be applied to a wide variety of areas, such as:

Coaching is not counselling or therapy

Coaching is not telling clients what to do or deciding what is right for them.

Coaching is non-directive.
